So the terrorist were true terrorists this morning. 5am is not a fun time to be chasing two little white dogs and their bunny around in my slippers. If I can see any good in it, maybe they have bonded?

Hi Victoria,
All is well here and Alfie is thriving in his new home. He has the company of our boxer and my daughter is visiting until after Christmas and she has a female Teddy Roosevelt Terrier (Rat Terrier) It is non-stop play time for Alfie and Lou and I am amazed at how little sleep he needs. He is doing well with his potty training, fewer accidents each day and fewer if I am able to read his cues on time. I take him out once during the night just in case, he goes on the mat immediately and he goes back into his crate until 6am. I am sure he has grown an inch already which isn't surprising considering how he loves to eat. I have transitioned him to a partially organic raw diet with vegetables, some probiotics and a quail egg which he loves. He still gets a little kibble. As well, he loves chopped carrots and apples.
His new vet was very impressed and the whole clinic immediately fell in love with him. I was lucky to get him back! He impressed them with his vocal yawns which are so cute that it is impossible not to love him.
He went for his first big walk around the pond yesterday and was so happy. For some reason he loves long grass and jumps and romps around in it. He has been treated for fleas and ticks. I have him on a retractable leash until he gets older and becomes familiar with the property.
All in all, we are very happy with him and I think he is happy with us. I will post some photos soon.
Thank you again for bringing an absolute bundle of joy into our lives.
Sincerely,
Christine Jenkinson

In memoriam - September 26, 2020 - August 6, 2021
It is with a torn heart that we share this devastating news: after nine days of battling suspected Mushroom toxicity, Quincy passed away on Friday surrounded by love and kisses. We will dearly miss his energy, zest for life and unparalleled beauty; the best dog we could have ever imagined. We are working on repairing our broken hears. We will never forget you and the love you gave us during the most difficult time we have all had to face across the the world. Please love your babies extra hard for us.
Agusti & Derek in Ottawa.
Also in this litter were Venom and Mystique, we lost them a day after they were born to Fading Puppy Syndrome. Despite both ours and our vets very best efforts these two souls were simply not meant for this world. They were so loved already and we carry their loss in our hearts.
